Imagine this, You're about to board a train at New Delhi Railway Station. Your phone is bursting with apps, IRCTC for ticketing, UTS for unreserved travel, Rail Madad for complaints, another one for food delivery, and yet another to check PNR. Sounds messy, right?
Well, Indian Railways just cleaned up the digital clutter, say hello to SwaRail, your new railway super-app that does everything but pack your bags!

SwaRail (short for Swadeshi Rail App) is Indian Railways’ revolutionary step toward digitizing and unifying the passenger experience.
Developed by CRIS (Centre for Railway Information Systems), this app brings a seamless bouquet of services, ticketing, train tracking, onboard food, complaint resolution, and more, all under one digital roof.
It’s like having an entire railway station in your pocket, minus the crowds and chai spills.
