Upon downloading the app, users are prompted to register using their mobile number and OTP (Aadhaar Linked Mobile Number). They can then link their identity credentials using DigiLocker or offline Aadhaar, uploading a selfie photo to complete the enrollment process. A unique Digi Yatra ID is generated, which must be shared when purchasing airline tickets. This ID is transmitted to the departing airport along with passenger data from the airlines.

DigiYatra's enrollment process involves a few simple steps:

1. Download and Register: Download the DigiYatra app from the Play Store or App Store, register using your mobile number and OTP (Aadhaar Linked Mobile Number).

2. Link Identity Credentials: Connect your identity credentials using DigiLocker or offline Aadhaar, uploading an XML file for Offline Aadhaar.

3. Take a Selfie: Capture a selfie when prompted and upload it to the app.

4. Update Boarding Pass: Update your boarding pass on the DigiYatra app and share it with the departure airport.
