- Apartment is located in a residential cum commercial building. You will find a mixture of residents, office staffs and Airbnb guests here
- ⁠Food Delivery like Zomato/Swiggy will deliver food doorstep till 10pm- post which
guests have to go down to collect their orders
- Some of the apartments in the building are getting their interiors done and hence there may be little construction noises sometimes
- As this apartment is a part of a residential building - anything related to building maintenance like water and electricity supply, parking, common terrace or gym etc comes under the management of the building and we do not have direct control over it.

The apartment comes with free parking. The room is on the 7th floor and is accessible by elevator/lift. Also, the room being on the upper floor, it will be relatively quiet despite being in one of the most central areas of Jaipur.

The guest have complete access to the apartment which includes the bedroom, fully equipped kitchenette and en-suite bathroom with all the amenities.

However, these common amenities are managed by the society and we have no direct control over them. The timing and operations are handled by the society Management itself.

The space
The studio apartment consists of -

- Bed- A comfortable queen-sized bed with side table. The bed has a lot of natural light.

- Seating Area- A comfortable 3 seater sofa along with cushions where you can sit relax and enjoy some shows with the 43" television

- Kitchen- The studio apartment has a stacked kitchen with essentials such as basic cutleries, refrigerator, microwave, RO purifier and induction cooking

- Washroom- With an overhead shower, western style pot, modern wash basin and a geyser ~ one can have a relaxed time here.

- Swimming Pool/Gym - A shared infinity swimming pool and a shared gym area will be accessible to the guests during summers. (PLEASE NOTE- SWIMMING POOL MAINTENANCE IS SUBJECT TO BUILDING MANAGEMENT)

Guest access
Guests have access to their studio apartment, the common terrace garden area and the gym area

Other things to note
- Smoking allowed only with caution. Any damage to the apartment will attract additional charges
- No shouting or very loud music allowed
- No visitors allowed
- No checkin without proper ID cards of all adults
- We do not provide pool towels or extra bath towels. For long stays we change bath towels after every 2 days


Home Truths-

- Apartment is located in a residential cum commercial building. You will find a mixture of residents, office staffs and Airbnb guests here
- ⁠Food Delivery like Zomato/Swiggy will deliver food doorstep till 10pm- post which
guests have to go down to collect their orders
- As this apartment is a part of a residential building - anything related to building maintenance like water and electricity supply, parking, common terrace or gym etc comes under the management of the building and we do not have direct control over it.

• Swimming Pool is accessible from 7am to 12:30pm and then from 4pm to 8pm (April to September)
• ⁠No alcohol or smoke allowed near swimming pool
• ⁠Access to swimming pool is only with proper swimming costume
