- Any action by neighbour's due to noise and non maintaining decorum to local authorities to be managed by guest

Three level 4000 sq ft villa on 5 acre private land. Villa offers:

- 2nd level: Living room, Kitchen, One bedroom (Queen bed) and balconies
-3rd level: Two master bedrooms (two King beds each), private baths and balconies.

Extra mattresses available for additional guests - we can accommodate up to 14 guests.
Kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishes and utensils. Good cell phone signal.

All rooms offer either ocean or mountain views.
This villa comes with outdoor swimming pool.

Gorgeous place, go on walks on the 5 acres of private property of over 100 fruit trees and well maintained vegetable garden and private paved trail.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire villa and private outdoor areas. The staff that maintains the multi acre property lives full time on the property in out house a couple of hundred yards from the villa.

Swimming Pool is private for the renters of the villa. Following pool rules will be observed :
- Pool hours from 7 AM - 9 PM. no access to pool after hours
- No beverage allowed in the pool
- No life guard. Renters use pool at their own risk.
- No glass containers near pool

Ample free parking is available on the property.

Guests are welcome to cook in the kitchen or order food in from nearby restaurants - ask owner for recommendations.
Carrom, Playing cards, board games are available for guests to use.
