The space
The villa is situated within a secure and exclusive gated community. It’s about 1.5 hour drive from Bangalore.
The property graciously accommodates a diverse range of guests, making it an optimal choice for an array of occasions. From expansive gatherings of families and large groups to intimate retreats for couples and friends, the villa's versatile charm ensures that every guest finds their perfect escape.

Guest access
The entire villa can be used by guests under one reservation. Property is not shared by other guests.

Please note for Saturdays a minimum of 8 guests booking will be confirmed. Less than 8 guests for Saturdays, bookings is not confirmed and the reservation may be cancelled.

Food Options:
1. We have a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, stove, microwave and refrigerator.
2. You can order food through Swiggy. There are a few options available.
3. We have a caterer within the community who can deliver food on a pre order basis for extra cost. The contact will be shared post booking.
4. There are a few restaurants and cafés within 10-15 min drive


Pet guidelines:
1) Pets are NOT allowed inside the pool
2) Dogs have to be taken out frequently for potty. They cannot relieve themselves inside the property NOT even in the outdoor area.
3) Hopefully they do not damage anything inside the house, but if they do, the expense has to be borne by the guest
4) If the dogs shed too much hair, guests are responsible to clean up (especially on furnitures)

The villa is in a gated community at foothills of Nandi with stunning views of hills all around. The place is ideal for large groups, families, couples and groups for a weekend get away. It is about 1.5 hours from Bangalore.

Please note the property is a private villa and only one reservation is taken at a time for the entire villa. Maximum occupancy is 16-20 guests. Pricing is based on number of guests in the reservation.

Minimum guest requirement - For all weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) and for dates starting from Dec 20th, 2024 through Jan 5th, 2025 we are accepting minimum of 8 guests reservations only. Airbnb doesn’t limit the reservations not meeting minimum guest requirement. However the reservation may be cancelled later.

Our cozy lofted cabin is perfect for a couple, but we’re happy to provide an extra bed if you’re bringing along a little one (or two)!

We’re excited to share our beautiful, natural pond with you! It’s a true organic, chemical-free pond, designed to support biodiversity naturally. The pond has a gentle balance maintained without chemicals, so a bit of algae is expected—this actually shows the water is clean and healthy. We also have an organic filtration system running 24/7, so feel free to take a dip and enjoy the water safely! Just keep in mind, it’s a pond, not a chemically treated pool—it may not be crystal-clear, but it’s all-natural and safe.

Keep an eye out for our fish and resident turtles! 🐢 And for those bringing pets, we’re pet-friendly! We simply ask that any little “mistakes” they might make in the cabin are cleaned up.

As we're located on the peaceful outskirts of Bangalore, occasional power cuts can happen due to service maintenance by the department. Rest assured, we provide backup power for essential needs, lasting about 3-4 hours. During these brief outages, however, air conditioning, geysers, induction cooktops, and the microwave may be temporarily unavailable.
