In the dynamic realm of architectural wonders, the Jeddah Tower, fondly known as Kingdom Tower, emerges as a beacon of grandeur and aspiration.
Crafted by the esteemed Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, this monumental structure in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, promises to redefine skylines and rewrite records, eclipsing even the iconic Burj Khalifa in Dubai.

Under construction since 2013 by the Jeddah Economic Company (JEC), the Jeddah Tower transcends being a mere edifice; it is a mixed-use masterpiece set to house a Four Seasons hotel, the world's loftiest observation deck, corporate suites, opulent residences, and more.
With a design inspired by the graceful folds of desert palm trees, the tower's exterior boasts a futuristic glass-clad façade with a gentle slope.

At the heart of its design lies the "three-petal footprint," a marvel of engineering that imparts an aerodynamic form to residences, mitigating wind load—a crucial consideration in a structure reaching such unprecedented altitudes.
An additional highlight is the dynamic lift, which reaches an astounding speed of 10 meters per second, promising an exhilarating journey for its occupants.
Guinness World Records now officially acknowledges that the Jeddah Tower is poised to surpass the Burj Khalifa by approximately 173 meters (568 feet).
Fourteen years after the Burj Khalifa's historic inauguration, the Jeddah Tower aims to claim the mantle as the world's tallest building upon completion.
The Burj Khalifa, an emblem of Dubai's metamorphosis, held the title of the world's tallest building for over a decade, scaling a height of 828 meters.
Its construction, commencing in 2004 and concluding in 2010, marked a pivotal shift in Dubai's economic landscape towards business, tourism, and luxury.

The Jeddah Tower's estimated cost of $1.23 billion (approximately ₹91.8 billion), an integral part of a $20 billion mega-project ( ₹1.48 trillion), positions it as a formidable contender in the quest for architectural supremacy.
Resuming construction in 2023 after a five-year hiatus, the completion date remains veiled in anticipation, adding an air of mystery to its eventual revelation.

In the ever-evolving world of architecture, the Jeddah Tower stands as a testament to human ingenuity, pushing boundaries and scaling new heights.
