Rustic and Eclectic Villa that is brand new and tastefully done with wooden cottages, private pool and modern amenities! The Villa is surrounded by picturesque views of hills all around.
The space
The villa is in a gated community at foothills of Nandi with stunning views of hills all around. The place is ideal for large groups, families, couples and groups for a weekend get away. It is about 1.5 hours from Bangalore.
Guest access
Entire villa can be used by guests under one reservation. Property is not shared with other guests.
Other things to note
Please note the property is a private villa and only one reservation is taken at a time for the entire villa. Maximum occupancy is 16-20 guests. Pricing is based on number of guests in the reservation.
Minimum guest requirement - For all weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) and for dates starting from Dec 20th, 2024 through Jan 5th, 2025 we are accepting minimum of 8 guests reservations only. Airbnb doesn’t limit the reservations not meeting minimum guest requirement. However the reservation may be cancelled later.
Food options -
a) There is a fully functional kitchen with Hob, microwave and refrigerator.
b) You can order through Swiggy, there are few options around sometimes
c) We have a food service provider within the community who can deliver food daily on a pre order basis for extra cost. Their contact will be shared post booking.
d) There are few restaurants and cafés within 10-15 mins drive
Pet Policy:
1. Pets are strictly NOT allowed inside the pool.
2. They have to be taken outside frequently for potty. They cannot relieve themselves anywhere inside the property not even in the garden area.
3. Pets are not allowed to be on the furniture including sofas, beds, tables, etc.
4. Hopefully they do not damage anything in the Villa, but if they do, the expense has to be borne by the guest making the reservation.
5. If your pet sheds too much, please ensure it is cleaned up.
